We love using our e-ticketing platform for our self-promoted gigs as it automates what was quite a labour intensive process for us, but we’ve had a few instances recently where people have not received their tickets in the email. Aside from the odd occasion where our emails have ended up in people’s junk & SPAM folders, the problem is almost always down to buyers mis-typing their email address. We do regularly check the logs for failed ticket emails and try to fix the problem in the background, but that usually means we have to send every individual ticket again by hand, which is quite a task if you’ve bought a lot of tickets in one go. Please always double-check that your email address is 100% correct before you finalise your purchase, and if you don’t receive your tickets by email within a few minutes contact us directly and we will try and find out what the problem is.
